SURABAYA SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA: SEBUAH TINJAUAN MANAJEMEN ORKESTRA

Abstract

Management as its driving force within an organization.The purpose of this writing is to introduce and to give an overview on the reader regarding the management of the orchestra in the body of the Surabaya Symphony Orchestra.This writing qualitative research methods with a management approach through the orchestra.The author is trying to describe some of the problems that exist in the body of Surabaya Symphony Orchestra Trough interviews with leaders of the organization of management used therein.In addition to interviewing the author also learn about Surabaya Symphony Orchestra through books.The conclusion that can be drawn from this is the writing of a large part of the success of the effort against a management run the vision and mission of the Surabaya Symphony Orchestra.Bring music to the people that their motto is one that is owned by the organization Surabaya Symphony Orchestra and which keep him standing still run vision and mission.
