KAJIAN PENGARUH OTAK KANAN DAN OTAK KIRI PADA PROSES EDITING FILM
Abstract
The development of film as a medium of entertainment and information is inseparable from the film editing process. Editing is plays an important role in assembling pieces of film scenes into whole films that can be enjoyed by the audience. The success of the audience in understanding the story in a film is also greatly influenced by the results of the editing process.
This study aims to find the principles and considerations that can be applied when editors do editing on a film based on the right and left brain work principle. This study will use a qualitative research model and use the theory of quantum approach and neuroscience studies. In addition to discovering the principles of editing, this research also wants to find reasons behind the viewer's ability to understand films that generally have nonlinear storylines and discontinuous visualizations.Full Text:
